JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB PURPOSE
- Custodian of group compensation and benefits structures, changes and amendments as per the DOA
- Conduct periodic benchmarks around the pay philosophy, assess competitive advantage in relation to the peer group.
- Manage the STI and LTI structures and Programs, ensure proper grip over shares liquidation as per the LTI policy.
- Review and manage employee relations processes to ensure an accurate HR service regarding leave, health, insurance policies, and terminations as per the labor law
- requirements and guidelines.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Compensation and Rewards:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage the group compensation and benefits structure, changes and amendments as per the DOA.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the compensation programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure Aldar compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and cost-effective. Stay informed about industry trends, benchmarks, and emerging practices in compensation and benefits.
- Assess competitive advantage concerning the peer group within the organization as well as conduct periodic benchmarks around the pay philosophy.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation-related matters, including salary structures, pay equity, incentive plans, and executive compensation.
- Provide internal equity analysis to TA vertical for new candidates based on internal practice lines.
- Assess JE scores for unique roles and ensure alignment with the compensation and benefits structure.
- Manage the LTI and STI structures and ensure proper grip over shares liquidation as per the policy.
Rewards:
- Lead the annual rewards cycle across the group as per the corporate policy; develop and announce the process and guidelines and conduct awareness sessions for CXOs.
- Review submissions of rewards nominations, discuss forced distribution and budget allocations with GCEO and CPCO.
- Ensure internal equity of rewards/increments/progression across the group for fair distribution.
- Oversight on actioning the STIs, LTIs, Rewards program outcomes, coordinate the liquidation process of vests and link with employee(s) payouts, exits and enrollments.
- Identify benefits related policy enhancement areas and recommend to CPCO inclusion of new benefits as per local / regional / global trends.
- Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Oversee the budgeting cycle for staff costs, benefits, and analyze actual spend vs. budget, identify variations, and propose enhancements on next budgeting cycle.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
- Min of 12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION:
- Min of 4+ years of managerial experience
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE :
- Consulting, with real-estate background preferred.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Proven track record in implementation of C&B initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills, excellent MS Excel
- Excellent financial skills and analysis of data
- Excellent knowledge of C&B best practices
- Good conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or human resources
