We’re now looking for a Pro Video Editor who can deliver powerful, polished, and purposeful videos across multiple formats and platforms.

What You’ll Do:

🎬 Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and branded content.

🎬 Enhance footage using color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.

🎬 Transform scripts and raw footage into emotionally engaging stories.

🎬 Collaborate closely with the creative team on concepts, direction, and execution.

🎬 Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).

🎬 Maintain brand consistency across all projects while bringing fresh creativity.

🎬 Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Topaz, Pika, Descript, ChatGPT) to streamline editing and ideation.

🎬 Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and meet deadlines.

🎬 Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience as a professional video editor.

✅ Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, pacing, and post-production skills.

✅ Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

✅ Familiar with sound design, color correction, and basic animation.

✅ Experience editing for different formats (ads, reels, testimonials, product videos, etc.).

✅ Strong sense of branding, design, and marketing psychology.

✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about pushing creative boundaries.

✅ Comfortable collaborating remotely and taking feedback constructively.

Bonus:

🎯 Experience editing performance-based content for paid ads or social media campaigns.

🎯 Understanding of hooks, retention tactics, and conversion-focused storytelling.

Where You’ll Work:

📍 Based in Australia preferred, with remote options available for the right candidate.
