Job Description

Are you passionate about storytelling through video? We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can lead edits from concept to final delivery—crafting engaging, high-quality content across social, digital, and brand campaigns. Join our creative team and help shape impactful videos that connect with audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video editing for brand, marketing, and campaign content.
• Create strong narratives with clean pacing, rhythm, and visual flow.
• Assemble footage, select best takes, and deliver multiple cut-downs for different platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, web).
• Do polishing work: basic color correction, audio clean-up/mixing, captions, motion graphics integration, and export optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and creative leads to align with brand direction.
• Manage timelines, file organization, and versioning; ensure smooth handovers and on-time delivery.
• Review feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain consistent quality across projects.
• Manage and mentor junior video editors—assign tasks, review edits, guide improvements, and maintain consistent team output quality.
• Communicate confidently in English with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback/comments, and implement revisions accurately.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional video editing experience (senior-level capability).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), and solid workflow knowledge.
• Working knowledge of After Effects (titles, motion graphics templates, basic animations).
• Strong understanding of sound, pacing, transitions, color basics, and storytelling.
• Experience delivering content for both short-form (social) and long-form (brand films, interviews, explainers).
• Portfolio showcasing completed work (commercial, agency, studio, or freelance).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and guide edits with confidence.

Bonus Points

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve color workflows.
• Motion graphics strength (2D/3D), compositing, or VFX cleanup.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and smart production pipelines.
• Experience working with animation studios, game trailers, or cinematic content.
