Senior Video Editor & Creative Lead – Branding & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead the video production process: concept → storyboard → editing → final delivery.
• Create high-quality video content for branding, social media, ads, YouTube, and client projects.
• Oversee 2–3 junior video editors; provide mentorship, feedback, and workflow guidance.
• Collaborate with the creative team: graphic designers, copywriters, marketing managers.
• Optimize videos for social media platforms, SEO, and AEO best practices.
• Handle motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, and post-production.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines and maintain premium quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of video editing experience in a professional environment.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and branding.
• Experience managing junior editors or interns.
• Ability to adapt to multiple formats: short-form, long-form, ad creatives, reels, YouTube, social.
• Portfolio required: show branding, high-end marketing videos, or campaigns.

Bonus Skills:

• 3D animation, VFX, or motion design experience.
• SEO/AEO knowledge for video content.
• Experience creating high-converting ad creatives.
• Motion graphics / basic animation for social.
• UX/UI design basics for landing pages and websites.
• Experience with high-ticket branding campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
