THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Senior Video Producer, Creative GTM to elevate Cyera’s storytelling and bring our brand to life through compelling, high-quality video. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy, helping define how Cyera shows up across campaigns, launches, social content, and events.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll lead video projects end-to-end: concepting, editing, directing, and producing content that connects with our audiences. You’ll partner closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to translate complex ideas into cinematic, emotionally resonant stories that drive impact.

You will also collaborate with our motion designer to integrate animation and motion graphics into dynamic, visually elevated content. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll shape the visual identity of one of cybersecurity’s fastest-growing brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the full lifecycle of GTM video production from concept to shooting, editing, and delivery.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional content for campaigns, product storytelling, events, and social media.
• Direct shoots (live action, interviews, and b-roll) and manage on-set creative to ensure high-quality production.
• Collaborate with the motion designer to integrate motion graphics, animation, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
• Maintain Cyera’s brand standards across all content, ensuring consistent tone, look, and feel.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, and Sales to align creative direction with GTM goals.
• Implement efficient workflows for post-production, file management, and version control.
• Stay ahead of creative, video, and social trends continuously pushing Cyera’s visual storytelling forward.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience in video editing, production, or creative direction ideally in a fast-paced B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma and related video and post-production tools.
• Proven ability to craft stories from raw footage, strong editorial sense, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Experience directing shoots and working with talent, both remotely and in person.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color grading, and sound design.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers or animators on integrated visual projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating high production value, creativity, and storytelling skill.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B or cybersecurity storytelling.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or similar color tools.
• Familiarity with audio mixing, sound design, or LUT development.
• Background in photography or animation.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
