About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic / Visual Designer to join our Experience Design and Frontend Development team. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand identity, defining and

evolving the visual language of our digital products, and delivering high-quality, creative,

and timely solutions for a wide range of digital design needs. We seek someone who is

detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field,
• 5+ years of experience in the field (agency experience is a plus),
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar tools,
• Experience in illustration/drawing,
• Strong command of core design principles including typography, color theory, and composition,
• Passion for staying up to date with design trends and emerging technologies,
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines,
• Strong multitasking and time management skills,
• Ability to manage workloads independently and follow tasks through to completion,
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments,
• A team-oriented mindset, willingness to adapt and learn, and a creative, results-driven approach.

Nice to Have

• Skilled in animation design,
• Ability to contribute to photo/video editing processes,
• Experience with generative AI tools and ability to integrate them into the creative workflow.

Job Description:

• Analyze briefs from business units to determine the creative direction of projects and develop visual concepts aligned with the organization’s strategic goals,
• Produce creative, trend-aligned visual assets such as banners, email designs, icons, illustrations, etc., for various business units,
• Create designs for digital channels (social media, web, email, campaigns),
• Develop new corporate identity concepts when needed, and ensure consistent application of existing brand guidelines across all platforms,
• Design corporate presentations, infographic reports, and various documents,
• Communicate effectively with business units and internal teams while managing projects and conducting efficient task follow-up.
