Job Type: Contract Basis, at least until the end of the year

Salary Range: $7,000 to $10,000 per month

Location: Redrock Entertainment headquarters in Burbank, California (must be available to be in office as needed)

Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Visual & Experiential Designer with a rare blend of spatial storytelling expertise and visual and graphic design capabilities. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high impact physical experiences from large scale events and immersive activations to pop ups and lobby takeovers while also supporting internal and external visual identity needs.You will combine 3D spatial design skills with branding, graphic design, and presentation development, ensuring our work not only looks exceptional in real life but also aligns with our brand and communicates powerfully across pitch decks, marketing collateral, and talent branding initiatives.

This person must be a self starter with strong ideation skills who brings fresh ideas to the table and shapes them into compelling experiences that consider the audience, brand, and environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept + Design: Visualize immersive experiences through 3D modeling, 2D design, spatial layouts and concept boards
• Brand + Collateral Support: Create branded assets for internal marketing efforts, pitch decks, social media campaigns and talent branding initiatives
• Storytelling: Build mood boards, mockups, and visually striking presentations that sell ideas to internal stakeholders and clients
• Technical Expertise:
• 3D modeling software proficiency: SketchUp (preferred), Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, or similar
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Presentation software: Google Slides (or Keynote/PowerPoint equivalent)
• Environmental Graphics: Develop 2D design assets, signage and branded touchpoints for live experiences
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and client brand and IP partners to ensure design solutions are on brief and on brand
• Production Awareness: Apply knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and feasibility to ensure concepts can be brought to life

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, environmental, or branded design roles
• Portfolio showcasing both spatial and experiential design work and visual and graphic design projects
• Strong understanding of guest flow, user journey, scale, and how physical spaces shape experience
• Excellent visual storytelling and presentation building skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas to teams and clients
• Highly detail oriented, proactive, and collaborative
• Based in Los Angeles and available for in person meetings in Burbank as needed
