About the Role:
VLSIProf Semiconductor Engineering & Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and technically advanced Senior VLSI Design Engineering Manager to oversee semiconductor design operations, integrated circuit development, and advanced engineering innovation initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on leading high-performance VLSI engineering teams, optimizing chip design workflows, and driving cutting-edge semiconductor technology development across complex engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- VLSI Engineering Leadership: Oversee VLSI design operations, semiconductor engineering workflows, and integrated circuit development initiatives
- Chip Design & Architecture Management: Lead RTL design, ASIC/FPGA development, verification processes, and semiconductor architecture optimization
- Engineering Strategy Development: Define technical roadmaps, semiconductor innovation strategies, and advanced design methodologies
- Design Verification & Validation Oversight: Ensure quality assurance, simulation accuracy, timing closure, and performance optimization across VLSI projects
- EDA Tools & Technology Management: Supervise utilization of electronic design automation tools, verification platforms, and semiconductor development systems
- Cross-Functional Technical Coordination: Collaborate with hardware engineers, embedded systems teams, fabrication partners, and enterprise technology stakeholders
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to semiconductor engineering standards, operational protocols, and technical quality benchmarks
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track engineering KPIs, project milestones, silicon validation metrics, and operational efficiency indicators
- Team Leadership: Lead VLSI engineers, verification specialists, chip architects, design analysts, and semiconductor project teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in VLSI design engineering, semiconductor development, or integrated circuit operations leadership
- Skills: Strong semiconductor engineering expertise, technical leadership, and advanced chip design management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with ASIC/FPGA design, RTL development, semiconductor verification, and advanced VLSI systems engineering
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary semiconductor engineering teams and high-complexity technical projects
