Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to customers/branches.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement effective storage practices.
- Handle documentation related to GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, etc.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Use ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) for stock updates and reporting.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and investigate shortages, damages, or misplacements.
- Support in monthly/quarterly stock reconciliation with finance/accounts team.
- Ensure proper upkeep of warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallets, racks, etc.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS software and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills..
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or relevant field.
- 4–7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred).
- Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and logistics documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
