Senior Warehouse & Material Sales Manager

• Oversee the receipt, weighing, segregation, and safe storage of e-waste materials.
• Ensure all materials (PCBs, plastics, metals, batteries, etc.) are handled and stored as per pollution control board guidelines.
• Supervise dismantling and segregation staff; ensure use of PPE and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols.
• Coordinate logistics for material inbound and outbound movements.
• Maintain real-time inventory using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracy of records.
• Work closely with recycling, processing, and logistics teams for smooth operations. dentify and develop buyers for materials such as metals, plastics, and electronic components.
• Manage customer relationships with recyclers, smelters, and downstream vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts based on market rates and recovery yields.
• Monitor commodity market trends to optimize sales strategies.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and manage timely dispatch and payment collection.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for secondary raw materials.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
