Senior Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Specialist to join our HQ team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong F&B warehouse experience and hands-on expertise in creating and managing item codes (SKU master data) within ERP or WMS systems. Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role supports HQ-driven policies, reporting, item master data setup, and process optimization while ensuring efficient coordination between central warehouse operations and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of F&B materials.
• Create, maintain, and manage item codes for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in ERP/WMS systems.
• Ensure accurate classification, units of measure, barcodes, and storage parameters for all items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (FIFO, FEFO, expiry control).
• Prepare and analyze warehouse and inventory reports (stock aging, slow-moving, variances).
• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits (inventory, food safety, ISO/HACCP if applicable).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience within the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining item codes / SKU master data in ERP or WMS systems (essential).
• Previous experience working in an HQ or centralized operations environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, storage conditions, and inventory control principles.
