Senior Web Designer

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Senior Web Designer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in designing visually stunning, user-friendly websites that strengthen our brand presence and deliver great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive websites that align with brand goals and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Develop wireframes, layouts, and prototypes to visualize web experiences.
• Ensure consistency in branding, colors, and typography across all pages.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness, performance, and accessibility.
• Apply analytics and user feedback to improve design effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design tools and trends.
• Support and guide junior designers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in website design (agency or digital marketing background preferred).
• Strong portfolio with responsive and creative web design samples.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, and color theory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with animations, motion graphics, or interactive design.
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly design practices.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
