About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in WordPress, Shopify, Woo-commerce and related CRMs, including custom plugin development, theme customization, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have experience working across multiple web development platforms and technologies, and must have problem-solving skills for agile systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications across multiple platforms
• Lead end-to-end web development, from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance
• Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins (including custom plugin development)
• Work with modern web technologies including front-end frameworks, back-end systems, and CMS platforms
• Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services (CRMs, analytics tools, payment gateways, etc.)
• Ensure websites are fast, secure, scalable, and fully responsive across all devices
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for speed and security
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Manage hosting environments, deployments, and version control (Git-based workflows)
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in web development and emerging technologies

Requirements
5–6+ years of professional web development experience
Strong expertise in WordPress (Core, Themes, Plugins)
Proven experience in custom plugin development
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Webflow, Laravel, Squarespace etc.) is a plus

• Strong understanding of website performance optimization and security
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Ability to work onsite in Shah Allah Dita

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
