Senior Web Developer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. You’ll play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards of code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
• Develop robust server-side logic, APIs, and database schemas
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
• Write and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Solid experience with back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET
• Experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and web security best practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD)
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
