Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Development Consultant with strong expertise in .NET technologies and excellent English communication skills to represent our company in client interviews, consultations, and project onboarding. The consultant will leverage both technical expertise and fluent communication to build client confidence, win projects, and ensure smooth handover to our in-house delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client interviews and technical discussions as the lead consultant.
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and fluently in English to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Present credible expertise in .NET development, architecture, and enterprise web applications.
• Translate business needs into clear technical strategies and solution approaches.
• Handle Q&A sessions confidently with clients during the hiring/selection stage.
• Support proposal building with technical insights, effort estimates, and solution design.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment between clients and the in-house delivery team.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 9+ years of experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in cloud-native development (Azure/AWS), microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Proficiency with front-end integrations (Angular, React, or Blazor).
• Solid experience in API integrations, enterprise services, and payment gateways.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and performance optimization.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English — ability to explain solutions, handle objections, and maintain professionalism in client-facing interactions.
• Confident presentation and interpersonal skills for international client environments.
