AIK Body & Soul Wellness Bahrain is seeking a dedicated and people-focused Senior Wellness Operations Manager to lead wellness center operations, customer experience initiatives, service excellence programs, and business growth activities. What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee daily wellness operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies that improve client satisfaction, service quality, and business performance
- Manage wellness programs, service offerings, scheduling, and operational resources
- Monitor business performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
- Coordinate team activities and support workforce planning, training, and employee development initiatives
- Ensure consistent service standards across all wellness programs and customer interactions
- Manage operational reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities
- Support marketing, membership growth, and client engagement initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, wellness, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in wellness management, hospitality management, customer service leadership, healthcare administration, fitness operations, spa management, business operations, or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a service-focused environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience improving customer experiences and operational performance
- Familiarity with wellness services, membership programs, scheduling systems, or client management platforms is beneficial
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is welcomed
