Short Professional Job Description

Manage overall plant operations, production, maintenance, safety, and process performance. Lead operational teams, optimize production efficiency, ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, control operational costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant production and operational activities
• Manage maintenance, utilities, and process reliability
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and operational costs
• Lead supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel
• Implement continuous improvement and efficiency programs
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and management teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial)
• 8-12+ years of plant or manufacturing operations experience
• Strong leadership and industrial process management skills
• Experience with HSE, production planning, and maintenance systems
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills

Pay: BD2,000.000 - BD3,500.000 per month
