Senior Wellness Programs Manager

Job Summary

FC Community Services is seeking an experienced and community-focused Senior Wellness Programs Manager to oversee wellness initiatives, workforce wellbeing operations, and community engagement programs across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys developing wellness strategies, improving participant experiences, and leading operational wellness initiatives in a fast-paced service environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting wellbeing programs, strengthening engagement activities, and maintaining effective wellness operations that contribute to positive community experiences.

We are looking for a proactive and organized leader with strong communication skills, wellness program management experience, and a passion for community wellbeing and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee wellness programs and community wellbeing initiatives
• Develop and coordinate wellness activities, engagement campaigns, and support programs
• Monitor participation metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal departments to support wellness-related operational initiatives
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for wellness events and community activities
• Prepare wellness reports, operational summaries, and program performance updates for leadership
• Support community outreach initiatives and participant engagement strategies
• Maintain accurate wellness documentation, participation records, and operational reports
• Improve operational procedures related to wellness coordination and service delivery
• Support onboarding and awareness initiatives related to wellness and community programs
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and wellness partners as required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to wellbeing operations and program performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wellness program management, employee engagement, community services, hospitality management, or operational coordination
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience managing engagement initiatives and operational wellness workflows
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Professional and people-focused approach to operational leadership
• Experience with reporting tools, scheduling systems, and operational documentation preferred
• Degree or diploma in Wellness Management, Community Services, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
