Senior Woodwork & Fit-Out Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Woodwork & Fit-Out Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in the manufacturing processes for wood products, specifically cabinets, kitchens, and comprehensive interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Surveying/Estimation: Accurately calculate and estimate material quantities and costs for woodwork and fit-out projects.
• Design & Technical Review: Assist with design work, ensuring all designs (for cabinets, kitchens, and broader fit-out elements) are technically feasible for manufacturing and installation.
• Production & Site Monitoring: Oversee and follow up on both factory production and on-site fit-out installation processes to ensure strict adherence to schedules and specifications.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Maintain and enforce high-quality standards across all manufacturing and on-site fit-out stages, from raw material to final handover.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a wood manufacturing/factory environment, with significant exposure to interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, machinery, production techniques, and on-site installation protocols.
• Proficiency in design and quantity surveying software is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
