About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack WordPress Developer who can architect, develop, and optimize high-performance WordPress websites and web applications. You will be responsible for handling both front-end and back-end development, including custom theme and plugin development, API integrations, performance optimization, and deployment automation.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, secure, and scalable websites for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of WordPress websites (from concept to deployment).
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, JavaScript (React/Vue preferred), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and marketing tools.
- Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, database queries, and server configurations).
- Implement RESTful APIs and work with JSON, AJAX, and GraphQL.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and staging environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly design across devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers and review their code to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure on-time delivery.

- Version Control: Git / Bitbucket
- DevOps & Hosting: cPanel, AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare
- Performance Tools: Lighthouse, GTmetrix, WP Rocket, Query Monitor
- Security: WordPress hardening, SSL, malware protection, role-based access
- Others: Composer, npm, Webpack/Vite build tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining large-scale WordPress websites or SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
