Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of professional development experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in custom theme development, plugin creation, API integrations, performance optimization, and advanced WordPress functionalities. You will play a key role in leading complex projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring top-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fully custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and implement advanced functionalities.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead technical discussions and guide junior developers.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong command of WordPress core, theme hierarchy, and plugin architecture.
• Advanced skills in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, and other major builders.
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce customization.
• Proficient in website migrations, security hardening, and debugging.
• Understanding of REST APIs, hooks, filters, and custom post types.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver on time.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the technical team.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with Laravel or React.
• Experience with Git, cPanel, and server environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for development.
