Senior WordPress Developer

HT Business Group is looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Stack WordPress Developer with expertise in both Frontend & Backend Development to join our growing team on an urgent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Build responsive websites from scratch using Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom coding
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Manage and maintain existing WordPress websites
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, errors, and compatibility issues
• Work closely with designers and content teams to implement UI/UX changes
• Ensure mobile-first, cross-browser compatibility

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and architecture
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and ReactJS
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, ACF, CPTs, and REST API
• Understanding of SEO best practices and page speed optimization
• Experience with Git, cPanel, domain/DNS setup & migration
• Knowledge of security, backup, and maintenance practices
• Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility

Good to Have:

• Experience with Figma to WordPress conversion
• Basic knowledge of hosting environments and performance tools
• Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and technical SEO tools
