Senior Wordpress & Laravel Developer

Are you a versatile and experienced Senior Laravel Developer along with expertise in CMS platforms and ready to take on challenging projects and lead innovation? Red Feather Tech is looking for a tech-savvy professional who can work across multiple technologies, contribute to research and development, and guide junior developers as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using a variety of modern technologies (e.g., Laravel, React/Vue.js, WordPress other CMS Platforms, etc.).
• Lead R&D initiatives to explore new tools, frameworks, and solutions that drive innovation.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct peer programming sessions, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met across all applications.
• Manage and deploy code using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Actively participate in architectural decisions and system planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with strong command over both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in PHP Laravel, JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React), and WordPress.
• Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and server-side logic.
• Experience in cloud-based deployment (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean) and version control systems like Git.
• Proven ability to lead a development team, provide mentorship, and enforce best coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to new technologies and eagerness to learn continuously.
