What You’ll Be Doing:

Website & Landing Page Development: Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor and Elementor Pro, enhanced with GSAP or Lottie animations.

Figma to Elementor/HTML: Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Elementor pages and animated HTML templates with fluid transitions, scroll effects, and micro-interactions.

Page Speed & Performance Optimization: Optimize landing pages for Core Web Vitals, load time, and Google PageSpeed standards to ensure top-tier performance.

Debug & Maintain: Fix bugs, perform updates, and ensure smooth performance without disrupting existing SEO rankings or animation flows.

Technical SEO: Manage both SEO-ranked and new websites — optimizing structure, schema, sitemaps, and technical SEO health.

Multitasking: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, troubleshoot quickly, and deliver top-quality, animation-rich, performance-optimized websites on tight deadlines.

Required Expertise:

Front-End Development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript)

WordPress & Elementor / Elementor Pro (custom widgets, theme functions)

PHP & MySQL (WordPress Core, Hooks, Filters, Functions)

Figma to Elementor & Figma to HTML Conversion

Landing Page Development & Optimization

GSAP and Lottie Animations for high-end motion effects and interactivity

SEO Optimization (technical SEO, schema, sitemaps, canonical tags, robots.txt)

Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Optimization & Debugging

Website Maintenance, Security & Backup Management

Bonus Skills:

REST API, plugin customization, or headless WordPress experience

Familiarity with Google Search Console, GTMetrix, Ahrefs, Lighthouse

Expertise in animation timing, easing, and scroll-based transitions using GSAP

Experience integrating Lottie animations in WordPress and Elementor
