We are looking for a senior video editor who can produce high-quality, engaging YouTube content in a cinematic storytelling style fast-paced, narrative-driven, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong narrative pacing and storytelling flow.
• Work on color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all content.
• Collaborate with the content team to bring creative ideas to life.
• Deliver projects on time without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Strong grip on Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory).
• Ability to edit cinematic, story-driven content with excellent pacing.
• Experience with sound mixing, color correction, and VFX integration.
• Understanding of YouTube content trends and audience retention techniques.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in YouTube video editing.
• Portfolio of previously edited YouTube videos is required.

KPIs

• Video retention rate and audience watch time.
• Pacing quality and storytelling flow.
• On-time delivery of edited videos.
• Quality of cuts, transitions, and overall production value.
• Consistency and improvement in channel performance.
