We are seeking an onsite Human Resources leader to lead and elevate the HR function at Precigen, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and a high-performing workplace culture. In this executive role, you will design, implement, and sustain strategic HR initiatives that support both organizational goals and site-level needs. You will partner closely with site leadership to ensure alignment between business objectives and HR strategy, drive change management efforts, and oversee the delivery of core HR processes with consistency and excellence. Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is essential for success in this role.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, required

8+ years of executive or administrative HR leadership experience, ideally within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry

Lead all site HR activities, partnering with site leadership to align and execute HR strategies, drive organizational change, and ensure consistent delivery of core HR processes

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leaves of absence, professional development, and performance management

Collaborate across the organization to design, coordinate, and implement best-practice HR programs tailored to site needs

Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local HR and labor regulations

Support Precigen’s leadership team by providing coaching, guidance, and access to HR resources thatbuild capability, advance strategy, and drive results

Analyze HR issues and trends at the site level and partner with leadership to develop effective, performance-enhancing solutions

Serve as a member of site leadership teams, offering strategic HR counsel and contributing to innovative solutions that support business objectives
