Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven Senior / Expert SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy and drive high-intent traffic through search engines. The ideal candidate should have deep technical SEO expertise, strong content optimization skills, and proven experience in scaling rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies across websites and campaigns.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes.
• Lead keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
• Manage link-building initiatives.
• Track performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content and development teams.
• Improve site speed, UX, and crawlability.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates.
• Report performance with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications: SEO & Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Google ranking factors
• Technical SEO (site audits, speed optimization, schema)
• Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner)
• Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
• Link building and outreach strategies
• E-commerce SEO and local SEO knowledge (optional)

Content & Marketing Skills:

• On-page optimization and content planning
• CRO knowledge
• UX and SEO integration

Soft Skills:

• Analytical thinking
• Leadership and mentoring
• Communication & reporting
• Problem-solving

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
• SEO certifications are a plus
