E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a reputable brand or established e-commerce business and possess a strong background in both local and international e-commerce markets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, managing online marketplaces, leading digital marketing initiatives, and overseeing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and customer retention.
- Manage website performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
- Coordinate with operations, customer support, marketing, and technology teams.
- Track and optimize the complete order lifecycle, from order placement to successful delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to improve traffic, conversions, and return on investment.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Oversee social media marketing, content planning, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, including ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize sales across multiple channels, including company websites, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, refunds, and operational issues.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and service providers.
- Establish and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all platform activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Management.
- Proven experience managing both local and international e-commerce operations.
- Prior experience working with a well-known brand, established e-commerce company, or large-scale online business.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Daraz, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and online sales growth strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with online sales, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer experience management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
