Senior/Lead Graphic Designer

• Lead the visual direction and creative execution for multiple brands within our beauty and tanning portfolio.
• Design high-impact marketing materials including digital ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, product promotions, catalogs, packaging, trade show materials, and website assets.
• Oversee brand consistency across all channels and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Leadership to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Mentor and guide in-house designers, providing creative feedback, direction, and skill development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Stay current with beauty, skincare, and tanning trends to ensure our brands remain modern and competitive.
Optimize creative assets for performance across digital platforms.

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring other designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, digital marketing, print collateral, and campaign work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects and Premiere a plus).
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices (email marketing, social media, web design principles).
• Ability to think strategically—not just execute design, but contribute to overall brand growth.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
