This is an experienced (1+ years of 360 recruiting) role for someone who knows how to run a desk, build client relationships at a senior level, and deliver consistently on high-value mandates.

What we look for:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• At least a year of 360 mid-level recruitment or executive search experience, preferably in international white collar markets, with proof of consistent billings
• Sharp commercial awareness with a strong track record in winning new business
• Resilient, proactive, and highly driven by achieving financial goals
• Confident in handling outbound calls and building strong, lasting client relationships
• A motivated self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-performance collaborative environments
