  • Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate current learning technology tools, ensuring alignment with educational standards and student needs
  • Deliver engaging lessons focused on digital literacy, coding, robotics, multimedia projects, and other technology-related subjects
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including students with disabilities or special education requirements
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment conducive to exploration and collaboration
  • Assess student understanding through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing and project-based assessments
  • Provide individualized tutoring or support sessions to reinforce concepts in literacy education, math, or other core subjects integrated with technology skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and participate in school events that promote technological literacy and innovation

  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored to technology education across various grade levels
  • Experience working with children and seniors with disabilities or in special education settings; familiarity with inclusive teaching practices
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex technical concepts to students of varying ages and backgrounds
  • Classroom management expertise to maintain an organized, respectful environment that encourages active participation
  • Background in childhood development principles relevant to teaching technology skills effectively at different developmental stages
  • Ability to design engaging lessons that incorporate writing skills, literacy education, math integration, and hands-on activities like library services or project-based learning
  • Knowledge of standardized testing procedures related to educational technology assessments or core academic standards
  • Experience in tutoring students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives in STEM fields or digital literacy
  • Familiarity with Montessori or private school teaching methodologies is a plus; commitment to fostering a love for lifelong learning through innovative approaches
