Job Description: Senior Engineer – Technical Support
Location: Mumbai / Bangaluru / Gurgaon

Responsibilities
● Leading Customer Demonstration and POC end to end.
● Demonstrating, installing, troubleshooting, Video management system, VA and other related software applications
● Gather and document Customer demo and POC requirements
● Working closely with Engineering and Software development teams to prepare for Demo and POC deliverables
● Visting Customer site for readiness assessment.
● Coordinating with Customer and internal teams to ensure POC site and system readiness.
● Working closely with the Engineering and Software development teams to Support the roll-out of new applications, testing and evaluating new technologies
Qualifications:
● Good understanding of Servers, storage devices, network communication basics
● Hand-on experience in installing and troubleshooting software applications on Linux and Windows OS
● Hand-on experience in handling IP cameras, Network switches
● Hand-on experience in customer interaction and generating RCA report
● Very good interpersonal and communication skill (both written and verbal)
Good to have:
● Hand-on experience of installing and maintaining Video management system and/or ICCC applications
● Hands-on experience in deploying dockerised software applications
● Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Work experience:

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
