SEO, Ads & Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO, Ads & Email Marketing Specialist to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through organic search, paid advertising, and email automation. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and experienced in scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Technical & Off-page)
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email funnels, drip campaigns, and automation
• Improve website rankings, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Stay updated with AI SEO, search trends, and paid marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Experience with email tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar
• Understanding of CRM and lead nurturing workflows
• Experience in finance, forex, or prop firm marketing preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities
