Job Description: SEO & Ads Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Ads Manager who can lead search engine optimization efforts and advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results, enhancing visibility and growth for our company and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Design and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility for Techadlien and its clients.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
  • Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and backlinks for maximum performance.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Advertising Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn for both Techadlien and its clients.
  • Develop targeted campaigns based on audience behavior, demographics, and industry insights.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, headlines, and audience targeting.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ad platform dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports to communicate campaign effectiveness to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance based on trends and data insights.
  • Collaboration and Client Interaction:
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align SEO and ad strategies with marketing goals.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and craft tailored marketing solutions.
  • Lead presentations and discussions with clients regarding campaign strategies, progress, and outcomes.
  • Staying Updated:
  • Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and tools in SEO and digital advertising.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms and strategies to explore growth opportunities for Techadlien and its clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, PPC metrics, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
