SEO & AI Growth Strategist

We are hiring an SEO Specialist who understands how search is changing.
This role is for someone who goes beyond traditional keyword stuffing and link building — and knows how to work with AI-driven search, Google SGE, and modern content discovery.

We work in real estate, media, and high-value digital brands, where visibility means revenue.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for:

• Building and executing SEO strategies for real estate, property, and corporate websites
• Optimizing content for Google, Bing, and AI search systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
• Creating SEO frameworks for blogs, landing pages, YouTube, and social search
• Using AI tools to speed up research, content planning, and optimization
• Tracking rankings, CTR, traffic, and conversion performance
• Working with content creators, designers, and developers

This is not a “write 10 blogs per day” role.
This is a growth and visibility role.

Who We’re Looking For

You should:

• Understand traditional SEO + AI-driven search
• Know how Google’s algorithm, topical authority, and intent-based ranking work
• Be comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Surfer, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Understand real estate SEO, local SEO, and lead-generation pages
• Think in terms of traffic → leads → sales, not just rankings
