We are seeking a highly motivated SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic across multiple platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
- Optimize website metadata, HTML tags, and content for SEO best practices, including on-page and technical SEO enhancements.
- Manage and update content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform link building activities to enhance domain authority through outreach, guest posting, and strategic partnerships.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to maximize lead generation and sales through A/B testing and user experience improvements.
- Manage social media channels and integrate social media management strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
- Use Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools to set up analytics tags for accurate data collection across campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content aligned with keyword strategies that support SEO goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in search engines, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices to ensure continuous improvement of strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, web analytics, and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and metadata optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors including keyword research, link building, metadata optimization, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.
- Experience with social media management tools and integrating social media into overall marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze web analytics data to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with HTML editing for advanced optimizations. Pay: $20.00 per hour
