Job Description (SEO & Google Ads Specialist)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO & Ads strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, internal links, and overall on-page elements.
- Perform technical SEO audits to improve speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing.
- Collaborate with teams to create SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, product pages).
- Build high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) from setup to optimization.
- Write and test ad copies, manage bids and budgets, and improve quality scores.
- Set up conversion tracking, perform remarketing, and monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze competitors, track KPIs using Analytics/Search Console/SEMrush/Ahrefs, and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated on SEO and Google Ads algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in SEO or Google Ads/digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify).
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads/Analytics) are a plus.

Work Environment:
- Onsite role with working hours between 5 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., depending on company requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
