We are looking for a skilled SEO & Performance Marketing Executive who can improve our website’s organic ranking, increase traffic, run Meta Ads and relevant paid campaigns, and contribute directly to brand visibility and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Management
- Conduct detailed keyword research and SEO audits.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Improve website ranking on Google and overall organic reach.
- Optimize product pages, collections, blogs, and metadata.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (speed, indexing, broken links, etc.).
- Regularly update and manage website content to improve engagement.
- Ensure proper schema, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Track analytics, SEO metrics, and create growth reports.
Paid Ads & Growth Marketing
- Plan and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for sales growth.
- Create ad campaigns focused on conversions, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize ROI, and reduce cost per result.
- Use retargeting ads, custom audiences, and lookalikes to improve conversions.
- Work with design and marketing teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Run basic Google Ads for search visibility and product intent targeting.
Website Footfall & Sales Growth
- Develop strategies to increase organic and paid website traffic.
- Improve conversion rates through landing page optimization.
- Analyze user behavior and suggest UI/UX improvements.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to boost product visibility and ranking.
- Track daily/weekly KPIs — traffic, CTR, conversions, revenue impact.
- Ensure alignment of SEO + Ads + Website updates for consistent branding and performance.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Understanding of Shopify SEO and website optimization.
- Good content writing/editing skills for landing pages and product descriptions.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and take action.
- Knowledge of website structure, basic HTML/CSS (preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce SEO and paid ads.
- Experience working with fashion or product-based brands.
