Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, schema, internal linking, and page load performance.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and backlinks.
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and previews for higher app store visibility and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research using ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, etc.).
- Analyze and improve CTR, installs, and retention rates through A/B testing of creatives and metadata.
- Monitor competitor apps, app rankings, and category trends regularly.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation across search engines, review sites, and social platforms.
- Track and respond to user feedback, comments, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
- Identify and mitigate potential reputation risks and coordinate with PR/communications teams during crises.
- Promote positive content and optimize brand presence in search results.
- Use ORM tools to generate sentiment reports and improvement plans
