SEO Assistant /Content Writer - Entry Level, Newport Beach, CA

We’re seeking a motivated Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop engaging content, including blogs, articles, social media updates, infographics, and more. You’ll work closely with our team to create impactful campaigns, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.

No prior experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Write engaging, SEO-optimized blogs, articles, infographics, quizzes, and marketing materials tailored for addiction treatment center clients.
• Conduct thorough research using online sources, interviews, and studies to produce accurate and relevant content.
• Review content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand tone, style, and grammar guidelines.
• Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and web traffic.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing SEO and digital marketing strategies for our clients, with a focus on addiction treatment/ behavioral health.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that content aligns with overall campaign strategies and includes relevant visuals.
• Participate in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
• Assist in managing social media profiles and optimizing content for these platforms, requiring excellent written communication skills.
• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual content using provided tools to complement and enhance written content.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and timelines.
• Maintain an organized record of all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Prior experience or knowledge in digital marketing or addiction treatment is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
