SEO Assistant Manager

RT Web Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and qualified SEO professional to join as an SEO Assistant Manager. This role will work closely with the SEO Manager to plan, execute, and oversee advanced SEO strategies, ensuring performance excellence across all projects.

Location: Onsite –Rafi Group, Landmark Plaza

Working Days: Mon - Sat
Working Hours: 12pm - 9pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the SEO Manager in developing, executing, and monitoring SEO strategies

• Lead the SEO team to achieve project goals and performance targets

• Handle and oversee multiple service-based projects simultaneously

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities

• Implement effective on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve organic rankings and drive quality traffic

• Perform detailed on-page SEO audits and implement optimizations

• Add and manage structured data (Schema Markup) for services-based websites

• Manage and execute guest posting outreach techniques, including HARO and other platforms

• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawling, site speed, broken links, etc.)

• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and improvements

• Perform regular website audits and ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics including traffic, rankings, and conversions

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of proven SEO experience (on-page, off-page & technical)
• Proven ability to lead and manage SEO teams successfully
• Experience in handling multiple service-based SEO projects
• Strong expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of keyword research, link-building strategies, guest posting outreach, and schema markup
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Highly professional, detail-oriented, and result-driven
