SEO Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and modern SEO Expert with strong analytical abilities, deep knowledge of search algorithms, and expertise in both traditional and next-gen SEO (LLM, AEO, GEO). The ideal candidate should be results-driven, organized, and capable of improving search visibility across all major engines and AI-driven platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, digital PR, and authority outreach.
• Perform complete On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO for company websites.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and build keyword clusters & topical maps.
• Optimize content for LLM search (SGE, Perplexity, Bing Copilot) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
• Create and optimize geo-targeted pages for city/state-based traffic growth (GEO SEO).
• Implement schema markup, structured data, and strengthen E-E-A-T signals.
• Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, digital PR, and authority outreach. (Must)
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist/Expert. (Preffered)
• Strong knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLM SEO, GEO SEO, AEO, and entity-based SEO.
• Knowledge of E-E-A-T, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site health optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
