Digital Marketing Manager – SEO & Brand Strategy

Affinity Home Care is a premier concierge agency serving high-net-worth families across NYC and Long Island. We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee SEO, digital strategy, creative direction, and PR initiatives—ensuring our brand presence is world-class, cohesive, and results-driven.
About the Role
This position blends creative vision with strategic execution. You’ll manage all digital platforms, guide brand messaging, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. From SEO to social media, PR to podcasts, you’ll drive awareness, engagement, and inbound growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Oversee website, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and social campaigns.
- Creative Direction: Lead brand visuals, messaging, and campaigns; oversee content across digital and print.
- Team & Vendor Management: Manage external vendors (SEO, PR, social, web, media) and build a roster of freelancers.
- PR & Thought Leadership: Partner with PR firms to secure media coverage; identify podcasts, speaking, and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, creative direction, and brand management.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics.
- Strong social media management skills (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Excellent project management and vendor management experience.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Experience with luxury brands, healthcare, or service industries is a plus.
