SEO Content Manager

Nestors Global (Pvt) Limited is looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Content Manager to lead our content team. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong writing expertise with leadership skills, advanced SEO knowledge, and the ability to drive content strategy aligned with business goals. This is a fully onsite position based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO content strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
• Manage, mentor, and oversee a team of content writers, editors, and SEO specialists
• Plan, assign, and monitor content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP evaluations to identify content opportunities
• Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, user-focused, and aligned with search intent
• Review, edit, and approve content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice
• Implement on-page SEO best practices including internal linking, metadata optimization, and content structuring
• Analyze content performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and optimize strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align content with broader campaigns
• Maintain editorial guidelines, quality standards, and plagiarism-free content practices
• Continuously update strategies based on algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in SEO content writing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong expertise in SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content optimization
• Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and professional writing standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
• Ability to research complex topics and translate them into clear, engaging content
• Experience with plagiarism detection tools and editorial workflows
• Must be available to work onsite in Lahore

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in academic, technical, or professional services content
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, etc.)
• Understanding of user intent, content funnels, and conversion-driven content
• Experience managing large-scale content operations
