About the Role
Integrity Marketing is a results-driven SEO and digital marketing agency serving local and regional businesses across construction, home services, professional services, and more. We're hiring an SEO Content Manager & Writer to own the content engine end to end: writing the work, managing it through the pipeline, and getting it delivered to clients on time and on brand.
This is a content-first role with real project management teeth. You'll spend most of your time writing and editing high-quality SEO content, and the rest keeping the production workflow moving across our team of designers, strategists, and specialists. What You'll Do
Content (the core of the role)
- Write and edit SEO-optimized web content: service pages, location/city pages, blog posts, meta titles and descriptions, and supporting copy.
- Translate keyword research and content briefs into pages that rank and read like a human wrote them, not an algorithm.
- Match each client's voice, geography, and service offering. No templated, generic copy.
- Run content through QA before it ships: accuracy, links, structure, on-page SEO, and brand fit.
- Handle revision rounds, incorporating client and internal feedback cleanly.
Project & Client Management
- Own the content production workflow from brief to published page, coordinating writers, designers, and SEO specialists.
- Manage tasks, sprints, and deadlines in ClickUp; keep work moving and nothing falling through the cracks.
- Hand off finished content to design for build, and shepherd it through to delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client communication on content and deliverables: status updates, approvals, and revision requests.
- Keep clients informed and deliverables on schedule. You're the connective tissue between strategy and execution.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years writing SEO or web content, ideally agency-side or for multiple brands at once.
- Strong, versatile writer who can shift voice across industries and write clean copy fast.
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO: keyword targeting, internal linking, meta optimization, content structure, and search intent.
- Organized and deadline-driven; comfortable juggling many clients and deliverables at once.
- Project management instincts: you track the details, follow up, and keep work flowing without being chased.
- Clear communicator, both in writing and with clients.
- Comfortable in tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and SEO platforms (SE Ranking, Semrush, GA4, Search Console, or similar). We'll train on our stack.
Nice to Have
- Experience with content briefs, content calendars, and editorial workflows.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Astro, etc.).
- Background in local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Light technical SEO comfort (schema, audits, indexing basics).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
