Job Description

Core Responsibilities

· Keyword Research: Identify high-value, relevant keywords using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

· Content Strategy: Develop topic clusters and content calendars aligned with SEO goals.

· On-Page Optimization: Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1-H3), and internal links.

· Content Writing: Produce clear, engaging, and informative SEO-friendly articles, blogs, product descriptions, or landing pages.

· Content Optimization: Ensure keyword density, readability, and formatting align with SEO best practices.

· Search Intent Matching: Write content that directly satisfies user intent (informational, transactional, navigational).

· Competitor Analysis: Analyze top-ranking content and identify gaps or opportunities.

· Link Building Support: Create content suitable for earning backlinks (guest posts, resources, data-driven articles).

· Performance Tracking: Monitor content using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to measure rankings and CTR.

· Content Refreshing: Regularly update old content to maintain freshness and rankings.

Key Skills

· Strong command of SEO writing techniques and Google ranking factors

· Proficiency in keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)

· Understanding of on-page & technical SEO basics

· Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)

· Ability to write for humans and optimize for search engines

· Familiarity with content analytics and performance tracking
