We are hiring a SEO Coordinator to support content production and local SEO efforts across our growing portfolio of clients.
This is a full-time, internal role focused primarily on writing and content execution. You will be responsible for producing SEO-optimized content while also managing freelancers and leveraging AI tools to scale output efficiently.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career (1–3 years experience) who is a strong writer, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how SEO drives real business results.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit SEO-optimized content for websites, landing pages, and blogs
- Execute content based on keyword strategy, templates, and internal frameworks
- Optimize on-page SEO elements (headers, meta descriptions, internal linking, structure)
- Manage and QA freelance writers to ensure quality and consistency
- Use AI tools to assist with content generation, editing, and scaling production
- Update and improve existing content to increase rankings and conversions
- Support local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and posting
- Assist with content audits and identify gaps or opportunities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or SEO
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, structure, and tone
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, search intent, on-page optimization)
- Ability to follow processes, templates, and structured workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and execute quickly
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Experience managing freelancers or content workflows
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT or similar)
- Experience writing for dental, medical, or orthodontic practices
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of website structure and WordPress management
