SEO Data Entry Executive (Internship)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated SEO Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working on WordPress websites, basic SEO knowledge, and the ability to manage multilingual content efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upload and manage website content on WordPress
• Work on pages using Elementor
• Perform SEO-based data entry and content formatting
• Add meta titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, and internal links
• Maintain proper website structure and formatting
• Upload blogs, articles, images, and landing pages
• Handle multilingual content and coordinate translations
• Ensure content is error-free and properly optimized
• Conduct basic keyword placement and on-page SEO tasks
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports for uploaded content
• Coordinate with SEO and content teams for updates
• Check website pages for formatting and responsiveness issues

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor page builder
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Knowledge of foreign languages (mandatory):
• Norwegian
• Swedish
• Danish
• Other European languages will be an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantage)
• Familiarity with SEO tools, including:
• Yoast SEO / Rank Math
• Google Search Console
• Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Fast typing and accurate data entry skills
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience handling multilingual websites
• Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT for content assistance
• Knowledge of image optimization and compression techniques
• Basic understanding of website speed optimization
