SEO & Digital Marketing Cold Calling Agent (Sales & Client Support)

Qbit is looking for a highly skilled SEO Cold Calling Agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and client handling. The ideal candidate must be confident in pitching SEO services, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a results-driven individual who can not only generate leads but also ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads
• Pitch SEO services effectively and convert prospects into customers
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored SEO solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver measurable outcomes
• Provide ongoing support and communication to existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO sales or cold calling
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing services
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
