Role overview

CountryFlora is looking for an energetic, curious entry-level SEO / Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence and drive traffic and conversions for same-day delivery services. This is a hands-on role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/project experience who can work from our Noida office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with on-page SEO: keyword mapping, meta tags, headings, URLs.
• Support technical SEO tasks: site audits, crawl error checks, sitemaps, robots.txt.
• Help create SEO-friendly content for product pages, blogs and social posts.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console; prepare simple reports.
• Aid in basic link-building and outreach activities.
• Support paid campaigns (Google / Meta) and monitor daily performance under guidance.
• Track KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) and suggest small improvements.
• Stay updated on search & digital marketing trends relevant to e-commerce.

Must-have (minimum)

• 0–1 year experience in SEO / digital marketing (internships, live projects or coursework OK).
• Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and Google Analytics / Search Console.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel (filters, basic formulas).
• Good written/verbal communication (English).
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, team player, able to commute to iThum Tower.
• Currently based in Noida or Ghaziabad (local candidates only).
